Over the years, I've been fortunate to embark on diverse career paths, each contributing to my profound understanding of customer service.

I've always been drawn to people and their stories, a trait that has defined my journey.

It all started with five enriching years as a car salesperson, a role that taught me the art of understanding and meeting people's needs.

Before that, I spent fifteen fulfilling years as a valet parking attendant, where I honed my skills in ensuring customer satisfaction.

My journey led me through the vibrant hospitality industry, including stints in hotels and restaurants and even a year driving for Uber.

My career took flight age 18 when I landed my first job with an airline. Over six years, I climbed the ranks, experiencing numerous promotions along the way.

My aspirations once led me to dream of joining IBM, but a setback in 2001, when many workers were laid off during my application process, shifted my tragectory.

Today, I find myself in a deeply fulfilling role as a Personal Development Coach for Adults with special needs.

I also run my Online Business, allowing me the flexibility to work from anywhere.

My personal life has been equally rewarding. My wife, Mel, and I married young, just 18 months after meeting.

She was a Peace Corps Volunteer, and I was a local in Praia, Cape Verde Island.

Our journey together hasn't always been easy as we navigated our backgrounds' differences.

However, our commitment to each other has always been unwavering.

We often remind ourselves, "Why not? Dreaming is Free!" This shared dreamer mentality has kept us looking ahead, designing the life of our dreams.

Our beliefs and spirituality have been a guiding force, helping us overcome language barriers and cultural differences.

We both have 100% faith in an unlimited and benevolent divinity, believing that life's purpose is to embody as much of that as possible.

Love has been at the core of our relationship, growing deeper each day. We strive to practice self-love and radiate love to all who are open to receiving it.
